1. Who we are
   CTE Trailers SRL currently represents on the Romanian market of specialized commercial vehicles 7 major European manufacturers. For all products sold, our company offers after-sales services, i.e. repairs during the warranty and post-warranty period as well as the sale of original spare parts. The company is registered in Romania.
2. Personal data we process
   CTE Trailers SRL is a personal data operator. We collect the following types of personal data from you:
   • Name and surname
   • Company
   • County
   • E-mail
   – Phone number
3. Why we need them
   We need your personal data to provide you with the following services:
   Answers to questions in the contact form
   – Name and surname – we need this information in order to reply to your message in the contact form
   – Company (optional) – we would like to know the name of the company in which you work so that we can identify common business opportunities
   – E-mail – the e-mail address we use to reply to your message in the contact form
   – Phone number – we will contact you if we are unable to reach you by email
   With your consent, we would also like to process the following personal data

   • E-mail – we need this information to be able to send the newsletter.
   Online behavior
   – Browsing history – we share this information with our partners described in our cookie policy in order to deliver personalized offers to you. More information can be found on our cookies page.
4. What do we do with them?
   Your personal data are processed within the company CTE Trailers SRL located in Romania.
   Your personal data for the newsletter will be uploaded to Mailchimp, which will act as a proxy for CTE Trailers SRL. Mailchimp operates the delivery of our newsletter. Their privacy policy can be found at https://mailchimp.com/legal/.
   Your personal browsing history data is passed on to our partners described in our cookie policy. Please refer to the description of these partners on this page.
5. How long we keep personal data
   For the newsletter we will only keep your personal data for the lifetime of the newsletter or until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed.
   For questions asked in the contact form, these will be archived as business communications and will be deleted after one year if they do not materialize into a business relationship.
6. What are your rights?
   If you have reason to believe that any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request to see this information, to have it corrected or deleted, to request restriction of processing or to object to processing and you also have the right to data portability.    The Data Protection Officer will contact you to discuss the issue raised.
